TERMS OF SALE
* All horses are UTD on shots and worming and hoof trimmings.
* Horses are available for pre-purchase inspection at anytime at the buyers expense. Seeing horses in person is encouraged.
* A 20% non-refundable deposit and a signed sales agreement is required. Deposits are non-refundable but are applied to the purchase price.
* Seller may apply a discount if more than one horse is purchased.
* Coggins and HC provided on all horses being transported and over the age of 6 months of age
* Shipping costs are at the buyers expense.
* The expense of all International papers needed for travel are at the Purchasers expense.
* Horses purchased must be transported from Finchwood Farms within 30 days from the signed sales contract. Buyers will be charged $5.00 a day board on all horses past this 30 day period (unless other arrangements have been agreed upon and spelled out in the sales contract).
